The third World Series of Warzone tournament will see Duos from Europe compete for the lion’s share of a $300,000 prize pool, and we have the draft, standings, teams and stream covered for you.
Competitive Warzone has become one of the most popular esports scenes globally since the release of the Call of Duty battle royale in 2020.
While various tournament organizers and players have helped to propel the popularity of the game’s competitive scene, the World Series of Warzone is kicking it up a great deal, with a total of $1,200,000 being awarded over the course of four different tournaments.
The first event saw NA Trios compete against each other, with Team Aydan securing the victory, and the second competition in the World Series of Warzone had Trios from Europe take the spotlight with Team Jukeyz taking home the championship on August 4, 2021.
The World Series of Warzone action will be picking back up between September 14 and 15 when the EU Duos event takes place, and we have everything you need to know about the third tournament covered below:
World Series of Warzone Draft
The EU Duos event will see five pre-selected captains form their own team and then draft additional teams to form their own captain squad.
These five captain teams will then compete to secure the most collective points from placements and kills to earn a $100,000 prize pool and the Captain’s Cup championship.
The EU Duos World Series of Warzone draft will take place on September 14 at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST / 6 PM CEST. The tournament will then take place at the same time on September 15, 2021.
You can find the five captains that will be selecting their teams during the draft below:
